WHAT IS SPEED PLAY?

SPEED PLAY IS AN HOUR LONG SPEED AND AGILITY FOCUSED BOOTCAMP THAT FOCUSES ON FAST TWITCH MOVEMENTS USING TECHNIQUES THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR POWER, SPEED, AND AGILITY. WE UTILIZE PARACHUTES, CONES DRILLS, LADDERS, MEDICINE BALLS, BANDS, AND BODYWEIGHT CIRCUITS TO HELP YOU BECOME A BETTER ATHLETE.
