What does the program cost?

Everyday Athlete: $135/month

Everyday Athlete 2.0: $459/month

Everyday Athlete 2.0+: $799/month

When does the program start?

EARLY ACCESS has already started! This is for those that would like to start hitting their New Years goals early and setup a plan NOW.

The official program launch will start on January 4th, which may be a better option for those of you who are traveling over the holidays or won’t have access to your space and equipment that you train with.

What is the commitment?

The commitment is 3 months billed monthly for all programs because real results take time. It takes 90 days to build a solid foundation of strength and learn all of the techniques we will be using to become more connected and confident with yourself through movement.

*For early access, the commitment is one month for all programs to make sure it’s a good fit.  The monthly subscription (3 month commitment) will only start on or after January 4th.

What is the cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy requires 7 days notice to cancel (after your third month) if you will not be renewing.  This is because it takes me a week to build out your next month’s programming of any new cycle, add new exercise video support, and make tweaks to your program.  


What is the freeze policy?

You can freeze a program one time for up to a period of 1 month.  If you are traveling for an extended period of time or are unable to complete your workouts, this may be a good option.  

How often do we communicate and through what medium?

This depends on your program.  If you choose the Everyday Athlete program (at home workouts ONLY) we will have one follow up meeting every month for 30 minutes to discuss your program and make tweaks going forward.  I will also have two “office hours” every week that we can discuss your programming through the messaging feature in Truecoach.  Day to day I will have the ability to see your progress, comment, or answer questions, as you complete each workout when I am available to respond.

What if I already have sessions?

Your session balance will be carried over to any plan you choose and the difference is what you would pay monthly.  We can discuss details on this and how it will be applied if you choose to do early access in December.


Are you still doing in-person training?

I will still be doing in-person training to accommodate any unused sessions on Saturdays from 8am-1pm only starting next week.  This will be located at a gym in Fairmount and will be done on a 1:1 basis (meaning we’ll be the only two in the space).  Beyond your session package I will be changing my rates based on the monthly packages listed above.  EA 2.0 will include 1 session a week at $85/session (4/month) while EA 2.0+ will include 2 sessions/week (80/month).  Any 1 off sessions (pay as you go) that require travel will be priced at $100/session.  Going forward I will only be doing hour sessions.  


How do I pay for the program?

If you know what program you would like to start, reach out to me and I will send you a link to Truecoach payments.  All programs will be directed through Truecoach as well as scheduling.  I will no longer be using Mindbody for payments and your sessions will be transferred over.
