If you are looking for specific skill-based improvement, race prep, improved mobility functionality, or improved posture/alignment, then hire one of our personal trainers. They will work with you to design a simple and effective training plan when you need it.
Here's the bottom line. If you are looking for an intense workout that will help you with motivation to get in shape with people of similar goals, semi-private training may be for you. You will learn how to function as one unit using kettlebells, corebags, bosu balls, escape decks, and dumbbells through challenging unconventional circuits that progress weekly to constantly challenge you and push the limit.
