We've carefully selected five studio quality workouts each week for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our signature classes offer the most optimal blend of cardio, weights, and stretching throughout the week to keep your body guessing, fight boredom, and give you the best results.
OUR CLASSES //
Classes are 50 minutes long and include dynamic mobility at the beginning and a light stretch at the end. The workouts change daily and focus on using all energy systems through alternating bursts of high intensity with brief periods of active rest. Each day there is a theme to hit specific muscle groups throughout the week so you're burning fat and building lean muscle from head to toe.
SPEED PLAY //
Exercise should feel more like play, right? Speed play is a full-body, high intensity workout to kickstart your week that combines the treadmill, weights, and bodyweight plyometrics through quick bursts of speed. This workout emphasizes efficiency through 4-12 minute interval blocks to improve your power, stamina, coordination, and recovery time. Don't forget to bring your towel...this is one class that will make you sweat!
FLOOR WERK //
Floor Werk is all about the core work baby. Five minute blocks of slower, controlled tempo work that will challenge your isometric strength and core stability from all angles. The goal of this workout is to work your slow twitch muscle fibers to the point of failure, creating a stronger, more ripped midsection and leaner arms.
VINYASA FLOW //
Vinyasa flow encourages all levels and breaks down the breathing patterns, movement, and alignment involved through dynamic yoga as well as learning how to modify/variate according to each particular student. This class uses props to support your mobility restrictions allowing you to sink deeper into each pose. You'll leave feeling stretched, without tension, and mentally recharged
LIFT AND TONE //
Technique to never plateau. Before you can add intensity with weights, you must first learn how to move them properly. Our expert trainers teach the foundations of functional training technique with the kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, and bodyweight strength training through three phases. As the class goes on, so does your intensity. This full-body class is guaranteed to get you stronger and feel more comfortable using resistance training with weights.
