SKILLS ON THE SCHUYLKILL!

A SYSTEMATIC BLUEPRINT TO HELP YOU BRING BETTER AWARENESS TO YOUR MOVEMENT TO MASTER A SKILL.  WE DEFINE "SKILL" AS THE ABILITY TO APPLY MOVEMENT STRENGTH TO PERFORM A TASK.  EACH WEEK WE WILL BREAKDOWN THE PHYSIOLOGICAL FOUNDATION OF SKILL IN ORDER TO TRAIN IT THROUGH PROGRESSIONS THAT HELP YOU MASTER SPECIFIC MOVEMENTS LIKE THE HANDSTAND, L-SIT, AND PULLUP.  THE ABILITY TO FOCUS NOT ONLY HELPS IN COMPLEX MOVEMENTS SKILLS BUT ALSO IN EVERYDAY LIFE!  JOIN US EVERY SUNDAY ON THE BEAUTIFUL SCHUYLKILL RIVER TRAIL AT 10AM.  PLEASE REGISTER BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS.           

FIRST FREE SUNDAY AT THE BARNES MUSEUM

Join us for a sweat on "First Free Sunday" at the Barnes Museum this summer starting June 4th from 3-4pm.  Jordan Hankins, our head trainer and founder, will be leading a one hour, high intensity, bodyweight driven bootcamp workout to get your summer body moving! Whether you're a fitness junkie or just finding your groove, all are welcome and encouraged to come and join our fitness family. Registration will start at 2pm on-site on a first come first serve basis.  

FREE YOGA ON RACE STREET PIER
