WE LOVE VARIETY BECAUSE IT CHALLENGES YOUR BODY TO ADAPT. We've carefully selected three introductory workouts each week that are designed for all levels and teach the foundations of boxing, yoga, high intensity interval training, and core strength to get in shape and access your potential.
So what is tabata? Is it like Cross-fit? Is it like circuit training? It is actually a bit of both offering the max amount of fitness benefits in the least amount of time to help you lose weight and improve your stamina (recovery). Our instructor will bring you through circuits that will include :20 of ALL OUT exercise followed by :10 of recovery for 8 rounds. Each week we will progress the difficulty of each exercise as well as the sequence used. This class is great for someone who is looking to build up their stamina, basic strength levels, and muscular endurance.
THE BUILDER SERIES
The Builder Series was created with the goal of helping you build muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Builder Series is a very challenging full body strength workout that will utilize dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags and more. To finish off, each class will end with 10 minutes of intense core work. This class is guaranteed to build a leaner physique, improve muscle tone, and strength. Sign up through Mindbody below!
YOGA WITH MALIK
Malik's simplistic approach encourages all levels and breaks down the breathing patterns, movement, and alignment involved through yoga as well as learning how to modify/variate according to each particular student. You may have seen Malik throughout the summer months teaching on race street pier every weekend but if not, he is here to help you become more knowledgeable and connected on your path to growth and development.
